Dunkin'

Rude and unhelpful staff. They were out of everything bagles and churro donuts. I ended up getting a plain that was not toasted and very little cream cheese barely spread. Hashbrowns were soggy and burnt. Overall a bad dunkin experience

This location is always out of something, even bagels, and it is mornings, not later in the day. The service is usually poor. The franchise owner is sometimes in there, but completely oblivious to the dumpster fire going on, just sits in the dining room on her laptop. I recommend anyone to go to the Southwest location, the service is really good there.

I stopped at this location on a whim on my way to work a few weeks ago, and I have officially become a regular. I was amazingly surprised to have been greeted by Mackenzie and Sydney as they was preparing to close for the night. Those two young ladies are so incredibly patient and helpful that to say I'm impressed would be an understatement. They are doing the best with what they have to work with (which isn't a lot since the store never has a full menu available) and they provide amazing customer service despite having limited items. Thankful for you two, see you next Sunday!

Service was top notch, super quick, and the coffee hit the spot- definitely coming back!

I got had hashbrowns, donut skewers and chais from here. The donuts were for my kids who were anticipating them being on actual sticks but they just threw all orders in a bag no skewers. My hash browns were BURNT, bad, literally charred, but it's not giving me the option of posting a photo. Then I had only ordered one chai but it didn't add my coupon so I went back to see if it added it and it just charged me for another chai. I asked the lady with a septum and tattoo on her sleeve if she knew why the swiss rolls wasn't on there because I tried twice and got charged twice and she rudely goes "WhATs a SwiSs RoLL!?" I said I don't know, and offered to show her what's on my phone. I did, and she says oh it's because we're sold out. Definitely could have put 2 and 2 together when I said swiss roll instead of being rude considering you sold out of swiss croissants??! I also had to go back and get new chais because the two they gave me were cold and tasted like milk. I come here all the time but today will be my last.

Both people working were amazing and helpful! We got our coffees fast and they taste delicious. Great selection of donuts too, especially for a Sunday! Will be back.

all around worst dunkin in FW. Store manager needs to learn how to do inventory. Out of stock of half the items daily. My wake up wrap somehow was burnt and still cold on the inside. Not a good store. Should be avoided

We received 2 turkey sausage egg sandwiches with cold sausage and eggs. Very loud & hard to communicate with employees. Men's restroom had no paper towels, the tp dispenser was broken, toilet absolutely caked with urine, and peeling paint from poor moisture management. Very small donut selection. Coffee was hot I guess.

general manager was rude and disrespectful.
