Dunkin'

We came to this location at around 7:30am this morning. Anxiously waiting for 2 matcha iced latte which we paid $5 each for and it was all foam. This is ridiculous how we asked for light ice and they took that literally and just gave a matcha foam latte. Very disappointing especially when you order a large cup and probably didn’t even get enough fluid for a small.

They are lazy. I asked them to make me my stuff so that i can leave since i have somewhere to be, and they just stand there on their phones. And they weren't even busy Vegetarian options: None Dietary restrictions: There's different dairy options like almond milk, oatmilk, and skim.

This store was amazing. They solved my problem from another location and treated me with dignity and respect.

I don’t want to open the top of my hot cup of coffee and see a quarter of it from the top is not filled. Customers ask & pay for a full cup of coffee, I hope to get that every time I stop in.

This place sucks. The staff are crazy and irritable, the manager is schizo, unsanitary kitchen, messed up my drink, moldy bagels, crusty milk dispensers, unsanitary hand washing habits amongst the employees, unsanitary pumps, unsanitary counter space, lobby is dirty, slow service

I've been to this location 4 times in the past year. The first time, they messed up the order. 2nd and 3rd time they didn't have ANY donuts. The fourth and final the donuts tasted stale. Avoid this location its worth drying a couple miles further.
