Dunkin'

Went through the drive thru and ask for no jelly munchkins and got 5 donuts out of 10. Also ask for a large latte and got a medium then ask for an exchange and got an attitude back. No more Colerain Dunkin for me!

I love Dunkin. No brand can compare with Dunkin coffee.

A morning I needed a hot coffee the most, frequent this dunkin because it's close to where I work, I'm very polite to those handling my food and beverage anyway I get my total $5.08, get to the window, counted 8 pennies ahead time and 5 bill, could tell off top the cashier was annoyed I had 8 pennies ( miscounted a penny short) smh long story short coffee has old creamer floating all around in my coffee plus the heavy set guy that wears a cap all the time handed me my food with a smirkist grind, yeah I threw it all away, NEVER getting my business again.

Only one person working. Let me sir in drive thru for 10min before saying he wasn't serving customers today, yet seeing someone walk out with a drink when I leave. This dunken is awful, has been for a while. Just go somewhere else.

We went through the drive thru. The regular lemonade doesn't taste anything like lemonade. The kiwi lemonade wasn't good either. The cake donuts weren't tasty and the bagel with cream cheese was just ok.

Worst service I ever had, tried to give us reuse food after giving us the wrong order.

So this Dunkin is great the one on Winton Rd... The Dunkin on coke rain Ave was terrible terrible terrible I ordered a French vanilla cappuccino I don't know what they gave me. My reviews are usually good but being honest is being honest. Not only that the drive thru is very choppy I mean a lot of bumps I almost tore my tires going through the drive through alone

Great Customer Service

Employees were very laughing out very loud constantly and the next day they had fight in between them, it was a mess. You can just do to-go but not worth going inside.

Everytime I've gone into this location I've had a bad experience! They've gone through quite a few managers & employees... But yet they're all still very rude & make rules up as they go. They never greet me or other customers when I'm in there, they don't smile & they're not happy or kind about anything... They all act like they hate their job... The current manager has sold me a cup of caramel previously without me purchasing anything else, she made a huge deal about doing it, saying she's not supposed to sell me caramel... Fast-forward to the last time I was there, she refused to sell me the caramel & said I would need to buy a coffee so shes able to go in there & charge me for it... Mind you I'm talking about a pup cup with some caramel in it... But I wasn't going to buy any coffee from here either bc nobody knows how to make it the right way.

Stood line 10 minutes inside..only person..Girl would not help me because she says drive thru busy..Afghanistan has better customer service then these folks

The sausage Croissant breakfast sandwich was SO good. As well as the snackin' bacon and Hashbrowns. Service was very nice. I'm glad I decided to stop and try this place! And of course, I had to get a bavarian cream donut 🍩! Good Job, Dunkin'. Thank you!

This is the only location that changes their policies day to day. Ive stopped going to this location a yr ago, not only bc they don't know how to make coffee correctly but bc they're rude & not inviting at all, no hello or welcome to Dunkin, no acknowledgement at all when ppl walk through the door & this location is the only Dunkin that makes a big deal over a small side of caramel 😳🤡 I literally came to this location about a month ago & asked for a side of caramel & new management made a huge deal over it, saying they don't sell sides of caramel & she can't just give it to me bc she'll have to use a pupcup... But after making a huge deal, she rang it up & sold it to me... Fast-forward to today, I go in to just get a side of caramel, there was no acknowledgement or welcome to Dunkin.. I go to register & asked for a side of caramel, I had cash in hand ready to pay for the caramel, she asks her manager about it & the manager proceeds to make a huge deal like the last time saying she can't ring it up, but this time she wouldn't sell it to me, she said I had to buy a coffee & then she could ring it up... 😂 This place is a joke 🤡 I'm not going to spend my hard earned money at a location that can't make coffee the right way, that are rude & change their policies day to day- I wouldn't even buy a coffee from here if someone else paid for it.
