This is part of a gas station and they were closed when I went in after driving several hundred miles and I couldn't get a cup of coffee because the gas station doesn't sell coffee only dunkin had coffee
I thought everything was fine until I got back into my car with my food, and realized they gave me literally 5 tater tots, for almost $5.00. So we are paying more money for less. That seems to be America with everything I buy nowadays....???
Terrible front counter service.
3 trys to make a basic coffee with cream and sugar. got black coffee the first time i ordered. went in and they added one cream when i asked for 4. then it was still gross asked to just have it remade. they made a big deal out of it. walked off with this…
don’t come here. don’t waste your money. staff is rude and location is dirty.
also after i drink out of it she used the same spoon to stir my used drinks as the persons drink that was behind me. very unsanitary
By far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Rude employees. They could care less and it shows. Don’t expect to get a correct order especially if you get it through DoorDash. No joke they gave me an entire cup of creamer. No coffee in it. Just cream. 🤦♀️
UPDATE 7/30/24 figured i’d give them another shot. Nope. Screwed up the most BASIC cups of iced coffee you could possibly make. I’m starting to wonder if this is like a non profit company who hire people mentally challenged because they are all incompetent.
If you think your day is going too well, I highly recommend coming here. Every worker I’ve ever interacted with here is off-the-charts toxic and never apologizes for their mistakes, and it is such a joy to sit at the table and hear the workers and customers in a screaming match about whose fault it is that the workers refuse to serve food or drink 15 minutes before closing time, when there is no signage indicating they are closing early.
If your day is going too well, I recommend this place 5/5 stars!
The worst one I have ever been!!!
The workers have the worst attitude of any Dunkin that I hand ever been to. Why get a job in the service industry?
It’s a gas station dunken donuts within a shell and subway stores so you kinda get the truck stop feeling while being there like a good old road trip 😋
