Dunkin'

I’m so tired of hiring the lady on the drive thru microphone in the mornings SIGHING loudly everytime I get a modification on my coffee. Loose the attitude or go somewhere else.

The service and food at this location has gone down so much over the past 6/8 mi the. We order Dunkin a lot, 95% of the time it’s the same few items. But when you order a half dozen donuts(6 chocolate w/sprinkles and 6 glazed) and you happen to be out of what I ordered please tell the customer upon pickup or write on the box you were out. I would have picked a different selection. This is Not toddler approved

Coffee taste burnt and sourdough sandwiched was nasty

I had a free reward on my app and used it on a matcha. I frequently get matcha from so many other places. They did not mix it in at all it was just straight milk. I am a barista myself and understand matcha is hard to mix in but this is just laziness. No matcha should ever be served that is this light. I was already having a bad day and this just made it worse. I tried to mix it myself but i couldn't and ended up dumping out the ice. Which, by the way, the drink is 90% ice. I just wish they had cared about me enough as a customer to look at that drink and saw it shouldn't be served. I looked up pictures of Dunkin matcha and it isn't supposed to look like this either. I chose to go to Biggby instead which is right down the road and got a better one.

I always stop for coffee, and still, they have pumpkin spice! When my grandson is with me, he loves an iced donut inside sitting down.I am truly blessed!

If you want raw bacon, this is the Dunkin to go to. Stop worrying so much about drive-through times and actually cook your food

Love it! My daily go-to for my caffeine fix. The workers are so nice here I love them. I order on the app it so easy and you can rack up points for free food & drinks win win all around.
