We just ordered from this location. At first, we were a little put-off because the menu screen was broken so we couldn't see what they have. And they all kept running to the back so it took a long time to order. But then we heard that the drive thru was backed-up and they had multiple call-offs. The girl that was in charge was amazing. She was running around, making sure people were taking orders, getting it all together and running the register in the front. Everyone was polite, despite the rushing.
Long waits, pickup orders are ignored and delayed.
Hasbrowns are so good! Coffee and Sandwiches are great as well!
Terrible hash browns at this location. They taste like chemicals and freezer burnt. Do not recommend
Put your effing prices on the menu. For G_d's sake, it's a monitor. You can change prices hourly if you need to. But let your customers know how much they have to pay up front.
I have been a loyal customer of this location since it opened. The decline in pride, product and customer service this past year was brought to a head today when the order I placed everyday for a year was "not a menu item so I needed to leave or pick something else". So I picked a hot latte and got literally half a cup of foam. I showed them at the window and was told they "doubted I am ever happy" and sent me on my way. Just inexcusable.
