Maybe it's because I came when it was quiet, the place was spotless and I was greeted the moment I walked in, serviced immediately, they didn't have one of the items I was hoping to get they were apologetic and it felt sincere, honestly I wasn't expecting an apology, but it was incredibly professional and made me feel very valued as a customer. They made my drink in record time and the person who announced it was ready did it with a smile. Honestly this professionalism and service is something I expect more at a sit-down restaurant than at a quick stop like Dunkin. I've been thinking all Dunkin places have gone down hill, but tell corporate you all deserve a bonus because you have actually convinced me to come back to a Dunkin location. Parking: It's a small parking lot, but I've also never seen it full, it's mostly drive-thru, there is plenty of free street parking
Roaches on walls and in coffee beans and coolata machines. Managers are rude to employees and speed is horrendous. I waited in line for 30 minutes before seeing roaches crawling around and leaving. Manager came out to help and gave employees attitude because they couldn’t handle the rush on their own. This establishment needs a total rework. They move through employees like water and never have a consistent team.
Worst of the worst been multiple times over the past few months and it’s been nothing but bad experiences each time the manager does not know how to run the store properly but my recent experience I was ordering a sandwich and a coffee and was completely distraught and disgusted there was a roach running up the wall didn’t say anything to the worker just canceled my order and left I REPEAT THIS IS A HELATH HAZARD !!
