My old lady and me went to Dunkin’ Donuts this morning they they had a new person taking orders the manager/trainer walked a way. they accidentally messed up our order and we were trying to get it fixed the manager/trainer walk back and tell us that she’s new, never trying to resolve our issue only trying to get smart. I’m disappointed that customer service is not taught and preformed well !!!
