Dunkin'

We made a large order for Valentine’s Day and a brownie batter heart donut was left out of our order. Robbie was a true hero by giving us the last one after a very heated exchange between himself and another coworker about which customer would get the last donut. After a few minutes of bickering amongst themselves, he handed us the donut (although settling for any sort of donut at that point) nevertheless, thank you Robbie.

This week stopped by there twice. First time lobby is closed, okay drive thru it is. Pulled up and wanted to order brunch food, and I got informed that the Owen is broken. And I left! Okay then and today lobby is open for once. Again went through drive thru again wanted brunch food, and got told there is 15-20 min wait on food orders there are a lot of orders in front of you! I am the only one in the drive thru lane, and there is no cars in the parking lot.Once again I left, Go figure!

This place is NOT open during it’s scheduled business hours. Not even close.

This location is supposed to be open but the doors are locked. It’s 3:48p and I couldn’t get a latte!!!

Ordered coffee through the app at 5:29 pm. Dunkin App and Google maps both said they were open until 6:00 pm. Arrived at 5:38 pm, and a teenager yelled out the back door at me and another customer already in the drive-thru line that they were closed, like we were the problem. Took my money. Not happy.

Morning shift Ms. Makayla & Bri had exceptional customer service!! They really made my day Keep it up ladies!

They were quick with my order, staff was friendly and the store was very clean

They close before they are supposed to close. We drove out there, specifically for coffee, but they locked the doors and turned off the drive thru with 4 cars waiting in line. Pathetic!
