Dunkin'

Perhaps instead of towing unwary Carvel customers from your otherwise empty parking lot late at night you could come to some sort of parking arrangement with the business next door (Carvel) instead of with a predatory towing company so that you don't scare off potential customers. Or maybe that is the business model because your parking lots are confusing and you want to make a quick buck. Seems like a dumb business decision to me but what do I know?

No senior discount???? Every other dunkin offers a senior discount. Ridiculous!

I had to repeat my order 3 times because the person working the drive thru could not understand my simple order, when I got to the drive through window to pay and get my food, they still had my order wrong, looked at me funny when I told them that my order was still incorrect and when they finally got it right, the coffee and food tasted awful

You will get towed FAST. If I didn’t see the sign at Carvel I would never have noticed that would have been it. Tow truck was literally there 30 seconds later. Predatory

This establishment sells rock hard day old bagels and never get out order right. They Ethiopian women in there barely understand english. I’m Ethiopian and have spoken to them in my native tongue and still trash service. They get you in the drive thru every single time. Absolutely zero customer service! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

Exactly what you'd expect from a Dunkin. Also has a drive thru which is wonderfully convenient when you're headed out of town!

I just had the most mind blowing experience here I just wanted to order a chocolate donut at the drive thru and the lady who can barely speak english tries to act smart, i said i wanted a regular chocolate donut and guess what. THEY PUT A GLAZED DONUT WITH NO CHOCOLATE HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT? THEN WHEN I TELL HER HEY THIS DONUT DOESNT HAVE ANY CHOCOLATE ON IT SHE SAYS U ASKED FOR A CHOCOLATE DONUT NOT EXACTLY WHICH Chocolate DONUT acting all smart. everytime i come here they make a damn mistake. its the Ethiopian women there who don’t give good service just so the management knows i always have problems when placing an order ITS A VERY SIMPLE JOB!!!!!! Also i almost forgot a week ago i ordered there Egg and cheese wrap and they left the PLASTIC from the cheese on there…. i had to throw it away WORST DUNKIN LOCATION BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE FIRE THEM ASAP!
