duke bakery

I went to this plaza to get sunright. When I was about to drive off, a lady from the bakery shop approached me and told me that I didn't pay. I was like what? I didn't even go there. She said I was the lady who came in, and the credit card didn't go through. Again I said it wasn't me. She didn't even apologize to me and gave me a stare when I left.

This is a picture of the bread with banana filling...about 2 teaspoons of banana, that's all. I've been coming to Duke bakery about 5 years and each time the fillings are less and less. I'd pay the extra money to actually get the fillings, in case that's the issue. The customer service is hit or miss--some employees are very nice and others are extremely rude.
