Incredibly poor service. Attitude to customers best described as lackadaisical! Stood at bar behind a long order for cocktails while a second bar team member pottered around cleaning glasses and tidying up having seen me waiting. Had to ask other bar tender to ask her to serve me. Then waited 40 minutes for a burger and fries at which point asked waiter for status for him to check with kitchen that would be 5 mins. 10 minutes later asked again and was told another 5 minutes. At which point I asked for refund and left. Customer service is their number 1 priority but completely lacking in focus here!

Unfortunately I was only able to give 1 star for our experience, this is down to the following reasons: 1. We received an email the morning of day we were going to say the booking was cancelled due to no deposit being received. No deposit was asked for when we booked the table. Had to ring up and chase this. 2. The service was extremely slow and a few items we order had to be chased up more then once. To me looked like the staff didn't want to be there. 3. We ordered our child's food 15 minutes earlier so it would arrive first, then our main order so it would arrive first. Unfortunately our it came after all our food and came last. 4. Also we had received a couple of wrong orders. In saying that, the food was very nice. Shame about all the other elements.

Loved the food great atmosphere

First time visiting Ducie Street Warehouse for food after paying £3.39 on Too Good to Go for a surprise bag. Generous amount of delicious baked goods: 3 x chicken pesto wraps, egg mayo sandwich, cheese and tomato slice, a jacket potato, and a salad bowl. Excellent food quality and they were the perfect lunch(es) to take to work for the both of us. Would definitely come back again using the Too Good to Go deal.
