Wheat IPA / 6.5% ABV / 50 IBU. Boasting notes of peach, passion fruit, and citrus peel, our flagship IPA warrants your attention. Finishing with a dry bitterness and tropical fruit notes.

Kolsch | 5.2% ABV | 20 IBU Brewed with traditional German ingredients, our flagship Kolsch will satisfy any beer lovers palate. This easy drinking ale is lagered for a few weeks to lend a soft and smooth textured mouthfeel with a delicate balance between malty sweetness and crisp bitterness.

Smoked West Coast IPA | 6.7% ABV | 65 IBU “Follow the smoke to the riff land” Incorporating smoked malt and the dankest hops to create this ode to the mighty- Sleep! Guaranteed to fuel your haze filled nights with notes of citrus, pine, and light smoke.

Italian Pilsner | 5% ABV Italians answer the phone by saying “Pronto”, which translates to “I’m ready”. Well, I hope you’re ready to drink as much Pilsner as I am! This batch was brewed with the finest Italian grown malt, Noble hops and Pilsen yeast. Every sip will leave you satisfied yet craving more. This beer is crisp and refreshing, has aromas that reminisce of Italian farmland and finishes with a delicate balance between dried sweet malt and hop bitterness.

DDH IPA | 6.8% | 35 IBU DryHop has a new DDH IPA batting cleanup. Originally brewed at our Sister brewery Crushed by Giants, the Wolf is on the move North. We are super proud of this brew and wanted Chicago to enjoy the hell out of it. Our management team put this trade together in the wee hours of a full moon. The Hop is proud to announce, we have acquired the rights to brew Neon Werewolf at DryHop. Tropical fruit and citrus overload the senses. Leading to a soft mouthfeel, and passion fruit, citrus, candied orange, and pineapple finish. Welcome to your new home, Mr. Wolf.

Red IPA | 7% ABV | 60 IBU This one is for Buster Brown the OG DHB mascot. The brew is a hop and malt lover’s dream. Rich toffee and caramel malt character play with citrus, peach, and passion fruit, in both aroma and flavor. He was a one-of-a-kind gentle soul who always brightened our day. Miss ya buddy!

Dunkel | 4.5% ABV As a brewer, I have been able to brew every style you can imagine. I started out loving Amber Lagers, then moved to Stouts, then to IPA’s, fell in love with Wild and Sour Ales, and now I have gone full circle and exclusively drink lagers. Dunkel Lagers are my favorite style to drink, so I brewed my best interpretation of a classic Munich Dunkel. It is rich with malt character, notes of toffee and toasted bread, and balanced with German Tradition hops. It is light and easy to drink with an abundance of flavor. Prost!!
