Chef Victor Colachagua has been cooking all over Westchester for the past 45 years in familiar places from "La Riserva" in Larchmont to Pace University's Main Campus, "Hudson Anchor Seafood" in Sleepy Hallow, and even all the way out to Old Greenwich with "Sophia's Café". Victor is now thrilled to share our family's recipes with our neighbors in New Rochelle! "Let our family feed your family" has been the Colachagua motto for years. We hope to see you soon!
