Love this place! David was Amazing. Thank you so much. Kid-friendliness: Play Area
My experience after I ordered was great.. the drink was yummy and the person who made it was friendly! However, this was my first time actually being able to order after several different days of attempted visits. Each time I wait but never see anyone working and end up leaving not knowing if you’re open or not. Today I waited about 10 minutes before leaving but then came back after shopping around and was able to place an order. If there was some sort of communication in place like a “back in 15” or “on break” sign this would be a 5 star review.
I went on November 8 at about I got there at 7:10 there was a sign that said restroom break will be back in 15 and I totally understand so I waited for 30 minutes mind you the only reason why I went all the way out there after work was because it was my daughters 7 birthday we walk to the Toy Story for about 5 minutes then come back at 7:40 there are 3 girls I start ordering and only one of them said we are closed I told her I’m sorry on the website it says you guys close at 8:00 she said not us we are closed I asked if she can please at least make a boba for my daughter she said what don’t you understand it’s closed I had messaged the page on Facebook and they send me a message saying they closed at 8:00 at that point I’m upset and head to do a lil shopping before we leave and as we exit the elevator on the 3 floor we see the girls making drinks for there selfs to go my daughter was the one that saw and said didn’t she said she was closed , ms jazelyn is the person who said they were closed she was very rude and laughed when we saw them making drinks for themselves
It’s my first time trying this place and I will come here again but the tea I got tasted really sweet and the tapioca pearls were really sweet Parking: Pretty good not a lot of options tho
Miya gave us the best experience and did such an amazing job making our drinks !!
Great service with these workers!
Worst service, the employees don't even know how to make a lemonade
This is the second location I've been to in KC for dragonfly that doesn't have boba prepared and ready to sell by time they open. Why do openers not arrive early enough to start prepping the pearls to be ready for customers? Both locations I just walked out of, I go to boba shops for boba, that should be moved up on their priority list when opening.
