Growing up on New York Chinese food, and Chinese food being my favorite cuisine, I am a self-aware Chinese food snob. That said, this is the best tasting Chinese food I'd a very long time. In four separate orders, I've taken out a variety of dishes and every one of them is attractive, plentiful, and taste exactly like I'd expect it to taste in New York. Pork and beef is lean, unlike a lot of take out places that give you meat with large chunks of fat attached. The chicken is flavorful and the shrimp fresh and plentiful. Long-live Dragon Palace!
Best Chinese food in Gwinnett. Stephen Sec
First impressions go a very LONG way. Any business should be well aware of this. Whomever this establishment chose to hire to answer their phone, just cost them a potential customer. The non-professionalism and courtesy was ridiculous. I called to see if they delivered. When the Asian lady answered the phone she says, "hello." I honestly thought I had the wrong number. Who answers the phone at a business like that? I then asked, "Uh, is the Dragon Palace??" She says, "yeah." At that point I was completely turned off. If you can't teach your employees to answer the phone properly, why should I trust your food and service to be performed and produced properly?? At that point I only asked out of curiosity If they delivered. Her dry reply... "no." Three words, she literally spoke 3 words: "hello," "yes," and "no." It's sad that I'll never even know what the food tastes like here. For the simple fact that they can't even train a person to give a welcoming greeting. I don't expect to be treated like royalty. But simply IDENTIFYING yourself as the establishment shouldn't be like pulling nails. Answering "Hello"? Am I calling a restaurant or a personal cellphone??
Me parece que su comida es rica y no tan costosa
Good portion size for the price. We ordered the Mongolian beef with friend rice, the sesame chicken with friend rice and an order of shrimp egg rolls. Everything tasted good.
