Established in 2019. We started with a Food Truck of Tripleta in 2004 on front of the University of Puerto Rico Bayamón serving to thousands of students for multiple years and decided to sell to my uncle that he still serving amazing Tripletas. Is been a dream to bring our famous Tripleta with in addition of amazing Mofongo and specialty dishes the way we like it to share it to our customers in Ruskin, FL.
