Doug's Deli Downtown

Been several times and so far each visit has been great. Usually do half sandwich and salad. All have been quite good. Cookies are not bad either.

Bad experience. I'm very disappointed with this place. They didn't have cream or half and half for coffee. The soup of the day broccoli and cheddar was just heavy cream and raw broccoli.

Good selection of sandwiches and salads. Fresh sides such as pasta salad and broccoli salad are excellent. Bread made fresh in the deli. I had the reuben and corn beef was flavorful and saurkraut was crisp. Gluten free bread option available.

The sandwich and wrap options are numerous and delicious. There are a variety of choices of bread and wraps; they also have gluten-free options.

I got the half Cuban sandwich and half Asian salad. Both were superb ; the Cuban was the best one ever.

My Berry College 1976 National Championship Basketball team was so very fortunate to have lunch at Dougs Deli. The service, the atmosphere, the food, and the unbelievable welcoming by Doug and his staff was spectacular. Robin did an amazing job taking care of our group of 14! She was so attentive and friendly. Doug, we cannot thank you enough for the cake and the attention you personally gave to us. Hopefully we will be back soon. Thank you from all the Berry College Lady Vikings Team!!!!

Had breakfast here, and got Doug's downtown bowl, and it was a delicious, nutritious, reasonably priced way to get protein in my body before a day of hiking. The lady serving me wasn't very friendly, although this might've been a fluke, as she was perfectly nice to my girlfriend.
