Double Double Pizza & Chicken

Ordered a pizza and wings combo and got told they can't fulfill the order. No offense you are a pizza place. That's all you do. Does not make sense. 1 star for time wasted.

Accepted my Skip Order and cancelled. And I cant get my refund due to this! Great! By the reviews on Google, you should probably just close business.

If I could give a score lower then one star I would. I have never written a review in my life. This is how mad I am. Ordered online, was charged for my order and the order was never delivered. No phone call, nothing. Called the customer service call centre, and was told that this location didn’t exist. I will never ever order from double double again! Absolutely horrible!

I can not understand why after telling of my bad experience at Double Double on Commissioners Rd.E.. In London Ontario that no one from head office ever contacted me. Tells me they don't care and customer service does not EXIST! Suzanne Boss

I love the chicken here. The odd time it is a bit dry. The tatars are to die for and I always order extra as theres just not enough of them. Well, tonight I tried their pizza for the first time. When I got it home and opened the box I was shocked. The first thing I said was, wheres the toppings? I judge a pizza by seeing the toppings on the pizza, not hid underneath. This is the case here. It did not taste too bad, but they are not too generous from what I can see when it comes to the toppings. Counting regular bacon as two toppings, I think is not right. Would I buy this pizza again? Nope. I will stay with their chicken.
