Dortoni opened its doors in 1976, in Levittown, NY, where the bakery still operates today. The bakery was fashioned after the traditional pastry shops of Naples, Italy with biscotti and simple cookies. Today, Dortoni has built upon its foundation of tradition and excellence, growing into one of the tri-state area's most sought-after creators of custom wedding and specialty cakes.
