Donut & Muffin Factory

The past two times I’ve been there the Asian- American gentleman working at the front has been extremely rude. Unwilling to take my order on the phone, and combative when I’m simply trying to order donuts.

Edit: donut shop is under new ownership and since then the last three times I've been there it's closed with a sign that says back in 15 minutes. No one is ever there. Very sad Best donuts on earth! They have ruined every other donut shop for me. I can't have donuts anywhere but here! Love the staff as well.

My absolute favorite local donut shop. I’ve been going here for years and have never been anything but pleased with the service and donuts. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly. Sometimes you’ll have to wait in line but that’s because everyone knows how good this place is. If they’re out of something you’d like sometimes they’re making more in the back and if you don’t mind waiting a bit longer they’ll get it out. Prices are much more reasonable than a lot of donut shops in the area these days.

The man is rude!!

The absolute best donuts ever! The maple bars taste like a little bite of heaven. Go early as the good stuff goes quickly. The staff there is so friendly as well.
