Donatos Pizza

Wrong pizza, took forever to get someone on the phone. Took over an hour to get the correct pizza, and it was ice cold.

I was greatly disappointed with Donatos’ services tonight. First off I waited ten minutes for an employee to take my order inside the restaurant. Multiple employees were having conversations in the back and a couple made eye contact with me but did not come to take my order. When an employee did come take my order, I had to repeat it because they did not hear it because they had an AirPod in. Once I had ordered and paid, I waited almost 25 minutes altogether for one singular small pepperoni pizza. The pizza was fresh but still a ridiculous wait for one pizza.

3rd time I've ordered from Troy Donatoes and they hadn't even started our order when I arrived at the pick up time. Tonight the Girl at the window wanted us to take our pizza while waited another 15/20 minutes for the rest of our order.

I've given this location so many chances I can't even count them. Just got $40 worth of raw pizza and breadsticks that went straight in the trash!!!

Excellent pizza. Fast delivery.

We mostly have good service. But two times here lately, we have been in to pick our order up past the given time, and the order was not ready. We had to wait 5 min. pull back around, still waited 10 additional minutes at the window.

Donato's is not what it used to be. I ended up throwing my pizza in the trash. Customer service is not the greatest either.
