Originally founded in Orlando in 2016 by chef/owner Sean "Sonny" Nguyen, DOMU is a neighborhood restaurant and bar that blends authentic Japanese techniques with a modern twist. Inspired by 90s hip-hop, especially Biggie's famous line, "it was all a dream," DOMU embodies the spirit of turning dreams into reality.
