The driver Bryan forgot half of my order and it very inconvenient for me to wait downstairs for it cause I have a 3 month old baby upstairs this is very bad service today and had me to wait for the other half to come!!!!!!!!
I love this location. They have never messed up an order and always greet me with a smile even when they're busy. Delivery always comes fast. Thank you!
Very horrible service , ordered my kids pizza at 4pm waited an hr called back was told 15 mins called back 35 mins later was told another 15 mins because there was only one driver whilst I looked on the tracker the driver went everywhere to deliver I asked to be reimbursed and they rudely hung up on me . We order 2 a week never again and will let all my friends and family know not to order . Horrible customer service and staff .
Always messing up my order
This location is a hit or miss for me. One thing that continues to be an issue is when I order condiments or drinks and don't recieve them. It's really irritating as I am paying for these items so I expect to recieve them with my order. Some drivers are on point. Others not so much. I feel so petty calling to complain about condiments but I order frequently and it's really starting to add up price wise what I'm paying for and not receiving. I wish the drivers would take the extra 30 seconds to read the receipts and ensure the entire order is there. As someone who has worked customer service I understand that customer service can be extremely hard. People really suck. And I hate to be THAT customer. I will say that I am thoroughly impressed with Brian. I'm unsure if he is part of management or what but when I called tonight to complain about these dumb condiments he immediately offered to bring them to me. Thankfully I'm literally 4 minutes away. But I appreciate that effort. It's a shame to me though that others have to pick up the slack from other employees who don't take the time to ensure the order is correct. As a driver that's literally your job. Ashley, the driver, was nice. The delivery time was great. I just wish they'd take the time to read the receipt. This location is always hiring so it's probably an issue of overworked, under staffed and under payed. That's a huge problem in most customer service places. I order here more than I care to admit lol and will probably continue to do so despite the issues stated.

I ORDERED MUSHROOMS, ONIONS AND EXTRA CHEESE,,,, WAS MAYBE 8TINY BURT MUSHROOMS ON ENTIRE PIZZA,, SAME FOR ONIONS AND HAD NEXT TO NOO CHEESE AND I PAID FOR EXTRA!!! HORRIBLE DRY SPARCE, BURT GARBAGE!!

They cancel my order after I had order from them all the time with 100 dollar bill I always order for my kids for delivery I’m a business owner and I never have less then 100 bill I spent more the. 50 so they can bring change back but got a call saying my order was cancelled wen my kids are hungry I’m not worry about money but it sucks

Someone ripped off the crust and then the pizza was dark with slimey cheese. I couldn't eat a pizza someone tampered with. Terrible.

The music was terrible and the service was giving "idc" and the manager looks like that one wizard from the smurfs and who tf told them to turn off cartoon network?!
