The service is terrible. These kids are clueless. Somebody needs to help them. I walk in to pick up my mobile order, and the girl at the counter gives me someone else's order TWICE. I had to check both times and neither things were what I ordered. Then it turns out they also gave MY order to someone else. They did not tell me this directly but I guessed it because they had to remake my order, and when I asked why, the boy told me it was my fault for selecting "curbside." I checked my order. I did not order curbside. I ordered carry-out. I believe they are just giving people random orders without any regard that it's going to the right person. It would be funny if it wasn't so aggravating. I can forgive a mistake like giving someone the wrong order, but they gave me the wrong food twice, and gave my order to someone else, and then lied to me, and blamed me. It is completely disgraceful. The experience ruined the food, too, which isn't great to begin with.
