I’ve been here twice now and both times the food was hot and ready on time. Great experience!
This is the worst Domino’s franchise I have ever done business with. Wait times are never what is promised in the app or on the phone. They continually drop the ball with orders. The franchise owner cares less about the customer service, only profits. We just stopped going here. Then they burn the paper on top of the chicken wings. If you order, add 30 additional minutes.
Ordered online and it said 22 minutes for pick up. Once order was placed it moved to 45. I showed up in 45 minutes to be told they hadn’t started it will be another 20-30 minutes they were busy. Staff was rude said there was nothing they can do. While I was there waiting I saw 2 other people with similar problems walk out. Wouldn’t even say sorry they just said it is what it is and they don’t control pizza status. (There was a guy updating the status of orders working on a computer for everyone to see). This was the 3 led time I have had a similar issue with this location.
This is by far the worst Dominos pizza we have ever purchased from. Where we lived prior had an outstanding Dominos. The difference? The franchise owner as all of these are owned by independent operators. The owner of this establishment is Raj, and one can easily tell by the reviews that Raj has no clue how to run a business, nor train employees. Constantly have to wait well past the promised time for our order. In fact, the last time we went to pickup our order, two other customers were irate and said the same thing about their past and current experience with them. I asked for Raj’s contact information because a franchise owner that really cared for their customer would want to know what their customers experience. Not Raj. The employees even encouraged me to chew Raj’s a$$ when I speak with him; Raj’s own team apparently cannot stand him. This is a franchise owner that needs to have his franchise agreement terminated, and resell this unit to someone that actually does care about their employees and customers.
One of the better dominos! Pizzas are always on point and done in a timely manner!!
Avoid contact with any employee from this store & use the app for your orders. Every employee interaction I’ve had here they’re insanely rude.
Horrible service. Second time in a row where we order and pizza says it'll be ready in less than 10 minutes. 30-40 minutes later we call and ask what going on and are just now throwing it in. App said 8 minutes , 40 minutes later we show up to the place , workers are relaxing eating pizza and my order is barely getting thrown into the oven.
I called this place after waiting over an hour for my delivery and asked them if my pizza was gonna be fresh since my app said it’s bin ready for 35 min already. Basically my pizza was just sitting there. They told me I shouldn’t worry that it will be fresh and I said ok cool. Wrong! My pizza was cold and hard. Also, the brownie was missing a piece. I called to verify if they had dropped a piece when packaging it just to make sure it was safe to give to my kids but i was on hold for a while and so I just decided to hang up and leave this review. I’d rather stick to Costco pizza 100%
Amanda the delivery driver dropped the pizza off at the wrong house. This is the second time this store delivers to the wrong address in my neighborhood. The other times they will preemptively mark on the app “delivered” and I call saying it’s not delivered and they tell me it’s still on the way. This store is operated so poorly and when I called about my order not getting delivered all the manager could do is giggle and tell me that she can’t do nothing about it but she can cancel my order but I don’t get my $40 back up to 3 days. How is it dominos can take my money immediately but take 3 business days to give me my money back is beyond me. Definitely not ordering from this store anymore
