Didn’t have the greatest experience here is what went wrong: 1. Self-serve automated phone system 2. Name on order 3. Had to call the restaurant back after order was made 4. Order was marked “completed” but was never delivered to us. We were told that it was “given away because there was no name on the order.” 5. Pizza had to be remade twice. Things that went good with the order: 1. Once it was delivered (one hour and twenty seven minutes later than the time we ordered it for), it tasted fine.
Food is good, but they always forget the Buffalo sauce on my pizza. Then when asked about it, they are frustrated. We communicated multiple times, but it always is forgotten.
There is a guy who works there. Spenser!!!!! He wants from me to cancel my order. He offered me to cancel the order 3 times while I was waiting there because they were busy!!! He is very rude, unprofessional… I’d love to talk about what happened if there is a manager who taking care of the store. (16December 5:55-6:45pm)
They canceled my online orders twice without any reasons. Called the store and the staff's never picked up the phone.
Delivery pizza burned and they left out a dipping sauce which is robbery at $1 a piece. Manager said she would send new pizza and never did. Driver didn't follow delivery instructions. Terrible 0 stars if I could.
My husband loves Domino's so I surprised him with a late lunch. This location is great! I was able to get some groceries, stop at ups and then pick up my pizza! A worker named Sonny was super helpful and very kind!! Love pizza was delicious! I'll definitely be coming back!
