We ordered delivery online. It said we would be able to get delivery. 45 minutes after we ordered and the order tracker said the food was ready, they called and said that they do not deliver to our address. Why let us order if you don't deliver to our address? They need to update the website if they can't deliver to our address.
This has been at least the 6th time my spinach and feta cheese sticks have been without any spinach or without any inside topping s at all...I talked to. The delivery person a nd was told to call and talk to the actual dominoes instead of whatever place we call when we order our food..
Talk to manager and she was very rude and nasty. I asked for no garlic oil on many different occasions and kept getting it. I specifically asked not to have it on my cheese bread and she said they couldn’t do that. I have worked at a Domino’s and honor the request of the customer since I know it is put on by a worker. I got no credit or refund and she hung up in my face.
Went to pick up my order and saw a delivery driver leaving to make a delivery with a large dog in his car. Hands full of pizzas and dominos sign on car. Not the most sanitary pizza delivery.
Could not order. Got disconnected with automated service. Then called and was on hold for over 5 minutes and hung up ordered from another pizza place
I am now trying to get into contact with the individual who has sent me to voicemail many times concerning my order and it's not right that I would have to go to this extensive process just to speak with a manager.. this is not right!
