A very pathetic service also no contact details and no one from store taking up the calls have ordered 2 non veg pizza have received 1 veg pizza that also after 1.40 minutes, trying to reach the store but no one responding This is the behaviour of Kandivali West store of domino’s I am going to escalate this and this will be very seriously taken up Will make sure to highlight this issue and will update about the this pathetic services of Dominos

I regret to say that my experience with Domino's Pizza located at Kandivali West was nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order via the Domino's app at 9:00 PM, expecting a timely delivery. However, the delivery did not arrive until 10:15 PM, and to my dismay, the assigned delivery agent had his phone switched off, making communication impossible. Upon visiting the store to inquire about the delay, I was shocked to find the store manager not even in uniform. I have attached a picture for reference; the man in the green T-shirt is supposedly the store manager. Furthermore, another staff member, responsible for handling delivery queries, was neglecting his duties by engaging in personal phone calls with his girlfriend. After waiting for an additional 20 minutes at the store, I was informed that my order would take even longer, prompting a refund. However, the most concerning aspect of my visit was the complete disregard for hygiene observed among the delivery agents. They walked into the kitchen without washing their hands, and were seen grabbing bites without any regard for sanitation. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and raised concerns about the delay and hygiene standards, I was met with a shocking and threatening response from the staff. They suggested that I could be physically assaulted for questioning the service and even implied that it was acceptable to slap the delivery agent if he was late. This behavior is utterly unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism and integrity of Domino's Pizza. When I requested the contact information for the store owner, I was met with further defiance and intimidation, with the staff stating that complaints would have no consequences and implying that they were above accountability. In summary, I strongly advise against patronizing Domino's Pizza at Kandivali West. The poor service, threats of violence, and abysmal hygiene standards make it an unsafe and unwelcoming establishment. It is evident that the owner of the store is either unable or unwilling to address these issues, which raises serious concerns about the management and integrity of the entire franchise. Please heed this warning and avoid this Domino's Pizza location at all costs. Your health, safety, and peace of mind are not worth risking for a mere meal.
