Be cautious when ordering delivery from here. On the plus side, my pizza was made correctly. On the negative side, they did not deliver my drinks or my extra sauce. Also the ‘pepperoni’ cheesy bread had -no- pepperoni, and was undercooked to boot. Not notified of any difficulties with my order, but managed to mess it up pretty bad.
They had messed up my order and when I called back to have them replace it, they proceeded to get an attitude with me and insinuate that I was lying.
I can’t comment on the food because the driver marked my order as delivered, but it wasn’t. I called and after a couple of times, the girl that finally answered (LaNiya?) literally could not care less. She sounded bored and like I was wasting her time trying to figure out what was going on. She just said that the driver was slow but he’d call. He never called. I called back and they kept putting me on hold or just ignoring the call. Horrible experience.
If i could give a zero I would!! Tues night we ordered after a family situation....said it would b 20 mins , which was fine....my phone rings and its Domino's, telling me it would b over an hour (and speaking VERY AGGRESSIVE)... I said OK, but I wanted them to add a salad....THE PERSON ON THE PHONE, LITERALLY CUSSED ME (YES, I SAID CUSSED ME) TOLD ME NO AND.HUNG.UP.THE.PHONE.ON.ME!!!!.... I jumped n my car and drove up there to try and explain my situation...the mgr cussed me AGAIN, I asked who her regional mgr was, she said that was none of my business....told me they got slammed on this Tuesday and they were not staffed for the orders....MY QUESTION IS, HOW CAN U TREAT PEOPLE THIS WAY?
