Domino's Pizza

Repeatedly placed orders and then receive a call 10-20 minutes later to be informed it can’t be delivered. Pizzas are routinely undercooked and poorly made. Staff has a clear “I don’t care” attitude.

3 hours and still no delivery! No phone call or any communication. I called to finally cancel my order and was simply told they only had 1 driver working. I understand staffing is hard, but don’t leave hungry customers waiting for hours. Totally unacceptable.

Placed an online order. Watch the website update our order for 40 minutes saying our food was made and ready for delivery, and then was cancelled on us. Turns out they never made the food, the manager instructed cooks to send all delivery orders through the system as if it was being made and then cancel those orders afterwards as a remedy to them being backed up. When I offered to pick up my order instead they told me it would be another hour and a half as they would put me in back of the line. They should have canceled the order the second they knew they couldn’t fill it, not pretend to make it and allow me to get updates that it was being made. Very unprofessional.

there always seems to be a problem with this dominoes recently. recently as in the past 3-4 months. Both food orders and ordering are bad experiences. Pls fix, I used to like dominoes

Always does a great job. Me and my boyfriend come here frequently and we love it every time! Customer service and hospitality is great with any employee we have encountered. Keep up the great work!
