Domino's Pizza

Placed an order for ASAP pick up. It said my order would be ready in 11-21 minutes. 30 minutes later my order still has not even been started. Thank goodness I didn’t prepay for this food that I’ll never get.

First time ordered a medium (12") Hand Tossed ExtravaganZZa, what I got was a burned 1 topping pizza (see picture). Also ordered a medium (12") Thin Pizza square cut, what I got was a pie cut. Called the store and was told give store credit. Yeah dream on, don't see it in my account. That will be my first and last order. Food is not good and service the the worst. Don't waste time and money here.

I hard ordered Spinach Feta Stuffed cheese bread its come completely over cooked and i don't see any cheese stiff on bread. I called Dominos, the service desk people simple hung up the phone call when i was addressing the issue, and I called 4 times , Service member lift the call and disconnect. Eventually at 6th time she answered, and tell i can't help gave help desk phone number which is not in use. I am really unhappy with the food item. Thumbs down for the response.

Yall need new pizza cutters

THERE IS A REASON FOR ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS. Drove 10 miles round trip to pick up my pizza. Got home and it was completely wrong. Tried to call them but they kept hanging up on me. I Just needed them to start a new one for me. Tried calling all the way back to the store and they never answered the phone. I got there and showed them the problem. They agreed with me but never offered an apology. I had driven 21 round trip miles for this order. I asked twice why they wouldn’t answer the phone and they ignored me. I get it, they are too busy to care about me. I will now order all my pizzas from PizzaHut. They are only a mile farther from me. This location’s customer service is Extremely disappointing.

Literally just had the worst service ever. I placed an order at 7:38 and I get to the store around 8pm and my order wasn't ready no big deal they said it's coming out the oven. An extra 20 minutes go by and still no food. I ask for my food and the tell me they gave one of the pizzas away and they just put another in the oven. This was by far the worse customer service and the worst experience I have ever had. Please do better. There was no apology no remorse they just genuinely didn't care.

I really enjoy the service here! The manager is always hard at work but does a great job acknowledging customers and tending to their needs. The screen is a really cool feature to let you know how far along your pizza is or if it is ready. Really nice touch! Love this location! Parking: About 10 spots. Can get crowded here.

The food is (usually) fine but the service here is consistently awful. I have visited multiple times and had no one come to help me at the register even though they see me waiting.

Order a pizza from this location. It never arrived and every time I called back. They either kept me on hold or hung up on me. I love dominoes but the customer service from this location is total garbage. I have never received worse service in my life.
