Had an issue with a big order (my fault, not the store’s), and Molly was incredibly patient and insanely helpful! I really appreciated it.
Ordered food from here around 10:20, said it was getting checked at 10:55, it’s been an hour it’s 11:55 and I still haven’t gotten my food. I asked for it to be delivered and NO one is answering. I ordered a big meal too so they should have someone actually work instead of not doing anything. Checked my bank account and they took the money too, absolutely want a refund
Genuinely worst experience in MY LIFE after ordering from dominos for the last 13 years. We bought two pizzas and one had salami. They did not update in their website that there is no longer any salami so we just ordered unknowingly. When we got to the store and told them there was no salami on the pizza, the cashier just ordered the same pizza without telling us there was no salami so we had to wait another 30 minutes for another pizza only to find out that it didn’t have salami again. This time, we got clarification for some random worker in the back and was genuinely confused why the cashier let us order salami again to begin with. This second time, we had to wait 30 minutes again and had to ask for a refund for our pizza instead of being offered it and they kept trying to make excuses why this all happened. And the worst part is that THEY NEVER APOLOGIZED. Sincerely, the worst service experience ever.
Yesterday, I placed a pick up order 4290 yesterday at 5:27 PM and the pickup time was scheduled to be between 5:50 and 6:10 PM. I went there at 6:00 no one was on the drive thru window. I had to go out of the car and bang on the window. Then, I was told that they will start baking my two pizzas now and when I asked why: they said we are busy.
I have been loyal since I arrived to Blacksburg in 2017 and I am disappointed at this service. I had an appointment at 6:30 PM that I missed.
I rated this location low because for the two times that I ordered here no one was wearing gloves. The second time that I ordered the online system alerted me to a shorter wait time than what I was told at the store.
Went in and ordered a large pizza got home the pizza was disgusting it was all smashed all together I don't think I ever order pizza here again staff made me feel like a dummy because I'm special needs and I asked that for them to help never order pizza here again have a nice day
Don’t order delivery at all from them. They just left my order in the middle of nowhere with no call to let me know. Pizzas cold becuase guess what it’s left out in the open for anyone to grab. Papa John or YourPie is a better place to eat on campus!!
Got an order two nights ago, delivery took an hour and a half when i live 5 minutes away. they forgot one of my orders of cheesy bread, all of my dipping sauces, the pizza was uncut and everything was cold. ordered carryout tonight, buffalo chicken pizza had no onions and no buffalo sauce. tried to call to make this right, but was on hold for 15 minutes with no one answering the phone.
The customer service was rude to my wife on her birthday! Management cursed my wife after they said they don’t care about regular and referring to there address which is on my account!! Never order from here they are the WORST!! I can’t believe the employees made my wife CRY on her BIRTHDAY!!
Waited at the window for 15 minutes, no one came. Someone in the parking lot went in to inform them I was waiting and then it still took awhile for someone to come. No apology. I’ll be using the peppers ferry location from now on, the employees that work there are way more conscientious.
We ordered carry out from the window. When we pulled up to the window there was a guy we could see, right there,"working" inside, sitting on his phone texting. We sat there for what felt like waaay too long, while he finished his text (or whatever he was doing) and decided to come actually do his job and help us. We ordered two 8-count boxes of boneless wings. What we got was a joke. Maybe 1 or 2 pieces in each box was a reasonable size, the rest was tiny, so tiny that I'm pretty sure it was just breading and no chicken at all. But only 8 pieces in total. I would say it might have been worth $2, max, even from a restaurant. Not the $7+ per box. It was absurd.
Then we got to the pizza. I realized, after my children had already started eating the 2 pizzas, that it looked like there was no sauce. I ordered EXTRA MARINARA sauce on each pizza. There was clearly no marinara at all. Upon closer inspection, I realized they put on a white sauce... Maybe Alfredo?
I don't know what the deal is with this Domino's, but someone clearly does not care about doing their job right. This is not the first time our order has been really poorly done/messed up. And I'll definitely never make the mistake of ordering chicken there again. That's the biggest rip off I've ever seen in the food industry.
Ordered 2 times in 2 weeks
Delivery driver both times threw my delivery down in the counter at my work and threw the receipt on top, literally! The 2nd time I called to complain and was asked ‘But was anything wrong with your food’
The attitudes suck. If you don’t like your job then move on. I paid a 5.00 delivery fee plus a tip for them to go 2 miles down the road and for them to be rude as heck.
Wrong toppings on the pizzas and looks like it was cut up by a 2 year old with different shapes and sizes all over the place. Someone has definitely given up even trying. It tasted fine, so I wasn't going to give only 1 star, but it wasn't what we ordered so that's disappointing. Plus, sharing a pizza gets difficult when slices range from little slivers to half the pizza in sizes.
