I had a disappointing experience with the staff at this branch. On June 9, I ordered a Farmhouse pizza and a Choco Lava Cake for takeout. However, I received a Red Velvet Cake instead of the Choco Lava Cake. When I requested a return or refund, the staff member Ambika rudely demanded a photo of the cake in the trash, with no assurance that a refund would be processed. I recommend avoiding this branch due to the poorly trained staff and inadequate customer service.

They asked me to place an order for combo from online for dine in inspite of being there. I don't understand why can't they take the order directly.
The garlic bread was half cooked and the person at the counter seems so busy in baking, she didn't attend customers well
