Domino's Pizza

Ordered 3 pizzas worth approx INR 2000 from Domino's Gota store in Ahmedabad. One of the pizzas came with rotten tomato topping which spoiled our family meal. Had to throw it away due to bad smell and foul taste. The store will not pick up the call. More frustratingly, domino's didn't act to my complaints and failed to provide refund or resolution even after a month. I raised multiple complaints, sent photos but they didn't call back. When I called them after several days, they are saying they can't issue refund because its been more than 10 days after the order. Delay was from their side as they failed to act on it and now the onus is on me. Shame on you dominos for using rotten ingredients and not resolving complaints!

Worst experience ever. The AC was in maintenance. There was shortage in topings as well as dough. Furthermore the pizza options were limited. Sink was totally dirty and the tap lacked water.

Not good quality 🍕big big onions in stuffing offer is just to attract customers no staff not even accepting the order if you want something from menu.

Order placed at 8:10pm and got delivery at 10:30pm .. got delivery almost after 2.5hrs... Worst experience.

Worst outlet with no cleaning and poor service

Domino's, you should pay attention, your employee misbehaves with the customer, due to which you may suffer a big loss. I thought your company is big, but if the customer misbehaves, Domino's name will be bad.
