Our coffee is special because we care about our beans as well our farmers. We fluid-bed roast to preserve the nuance and subtle flavors of each region. Our story starts in Haiti in 2013, where founders, Nathan and Michael, biked across the country to film a documentary. When launching Domestique, they knew the Caribbean Jewel was the perfect place to source their first beans. We now source from several countries while continuously testing small batches from the other hidden jewels around the world.
