Domenic’s and Vinnie’s is a community favorite dedicated to serving our award-winning pizza to the great city of Waterbury, Connecticut. Our pies are made with locally sourced fresh ingredients. All our doughs and sauces are made in-house, while our toppings are carefully selected to complement an authentic Italian-American cuisine experience. Our great recipes trace back generations to our family's Italian roots. Business founder, Domenic Trocchi, moved to the U.S. in 1925 to pursue the “American Dream.” He opened up a pizza parlor in 1949 and its success surpassed his expectations. The business has been making pizza for more than 70 years and has always been family-owned.
