Comes with 26 pieces of uncooked thinly sliced ribeye, dried kombu (to make your stock) sesame dipping sauce, citrus soy dipping sauce, ground carrot for sauces, watercress, napa cabbage, scallions, an assortment of mushrooms, tofu, udon noodles, cellophane noodles (does not come with rice)
