Good ol’-fashioned Centennial and Simcoe hops lend huge amounts of grapefruit and pine to this American Pale Ale. Packed with flavor, but easy to drink. Steadfast, Thunderous, Magnificent 5.8% ABV

Some people call cherries, which grow in twin pairs, the “Gemini” of fruit. This bright, effervescent and pleasantly tart berliner weisse features not one but two kinds of cherries. It’s twins all the way down. Maybe share a Gemini Rising with your own twin, while looking at your daily horoscope, or perhaps as tribute to the eternal twins of the sky Castor and Pollux. 4.3%ABV

A big, strong pumpkin ale to keep you warm as the seasons change, Pumpkin Hug was brewed with real pumpkin puree, whole spices, and Madagascar vanilla beans. Like pie in a glass. 7.3%ABV

A crisp, clean west coast IPA brewed with Citra and experimental HBC-630 hops. Ripe berries and sticky grapefruit on the palate. Fruity, smooth, and just a little dank. 7%ABV Sticky, Hoppy, Clever

Honeyed malt and mild herbaceous hops. Our brewers drink more of this than anything else. 5.3%ABV

When the wind comes off the lake and all you want to do is curl up beside a nice cozy fire, that’s the time to reach for this tempting lager. Reddish in hue, there’s an easy-drinking balance between the malty character and crisp finish. Tinged with just enough spice from the cinnamon, orange peel and grains of paradise to keep things warmingly interesting. So put another log on the fire and stay warm this winter.

Refreshing, crisp finish, totally sessionable. Everything you’d expect from a traditional Kölsch-style beer. Only thing is, we use a first-wort-hopping process, which amps-up the overall hop presence. The result is a more balanced, slightly less sweet beer, without being overly bitter for the style. Trials (noun): the act of trying, testing, or putting to the proof. How much is too much when it comes to hops? How juicy can an IPA be? Dunno. Let’s find out. This trial puts Southern Cross, El Dorado and Mosaic to the test. A combination of juicy, citrus & tropical aromas and flavors will emanate from your glass, including mango, mandarin orange, lemon, pear and stone fruit. A softer mouthfeel accentuates the juice. Caramelly, nutty, toffee-like and slightly sweet with subtle bacon, maple and coffee flavors. ALC BY VOL: 5.4% IBU: 22.0

This graceful, English-style Barleywine spent over nine months in Route 12 Spirits rye barrels. Flavors of molasses, vanilla and toffee intertwine seamlessly with an alcoholic heat that lets you know you’re drinking a seriously big beer, but without overwhelming the palate. ALC BY VOL: 13.0%

Proximal is an English-style Barleywine with a rich, full-bodied character, owing to the 13 months spent in oak barrels. For this second edition (2020) we once again used Route Spirits’ Rye whiskey barrels. This time, however, the barrels were sourced from their Route 101 line, which were first used to hold Napa Valley red wine. The result is a rounded and balanced ale, featuring big hits of toffee sweetness with background notes ALC BY VOL: 13.0%

Proximal is an English-style Barleywine with a rich, full-bodied character, owing to the 13 months spent in oak barrels. This is our third edition of this magnificent brew and for the first time we laid it down in Bourbon barrels. The result is a rounded and balanced ale, featuring big hits of toffee sweetness with background notes of the whiskey and wood from the barrels. At 13% ABV, there is a distinct heat from the alcohol that will mellow as it ages. This beer can be cellared for years and will age much like wine. ALC BY VOL: 13.0%

We love Browns. And you should too! Roasty malts and chocolaty flavors – what’s not to love? Ours is finished with cacao nibs to add another nuanced layer of chocolate aroma & flavor to the already complex interplay of this well-balanced ale. ALC BY VOL: 6.9% IBU: 29

Demeter was the Greek goddess of the harvest, grain, and fertility. As such, she was closely associated with the brewing of early types of beer. It has been said that the Mysteries of Eleusis were a means to conquer death by drinking a magical brew from a vessel known as a Soma. This Imperial Stout may not deliver you insights of the afterlife, but it sure is tasty. Aged for 14 months in Elijah Craig barrels, its redolent with sticky dark-fruit, chocolate and tannins from the barrel. Let it roll around for a minute and see what visions it conjures for you. Pistachios lend this delicate cream ale a luscious character and delicious flavor like no other beer you’ve tried before. We brew it with a touch of Caravienne malt, which adds slightly more body than your traditional cream ale. And at just 5% ABV, you’ll want to get crackin’ with more than one! It’s the most diabolical of plans. Four different yeast strains combine to impart juiciness upfront, but with an off-dry finish. It’s the best of both worlds! Created to celebrate our very own Jose and Denise’s marriage on 9/5/2020, this citrus forward pale ale is brewed with Mosaic hops, Citra hops and orange peel. Light. Crisp. Easy drinking. Cheers to love and beer! 5.2%ABV

Light body with a mild haziness. Citra and Amarillo hops really pop and make this pale ale an easy drinking tropical delight. 5.7%ABV

Brewed with Bru-1 & Citra hops for a pleasant tropical flavor. We add Pineapple to this already great combination of hops and the result is a tropical hazy IPA with a juicy pineapple flavor. 7.2ABV

Mexican Lager with Hibiscus & Lime - 4.5% - A Mexican icon of femininity, creativity, sexuality, authenticity, perseverance, and triumph, Frida Kahlo has empowered generations of people around the world. We all love and connect with Frida because there’s a little bit of the artist in all of us. Celebrating Frida is celebrating one another. This beer is a collaboration with the Chicago Brewseum and the National Museum of Mexican Art.

It’s no wonder we’re inspired. Our tribute to the baddest Diana this side of Paradise Island may have been brewed by mere mortals, but Mama Hippolyta would find this beverage worthy of gracing any Amazon feast. Lasso yourself a light, bright cream ale brewed with goldenrod honey. Legend tells it was stirred with the bedazzing transformation of a young Lynda Carter in star-spangled cuffs, but we’re pretty sure that was just brewer Karl in costume. OMG. Slay, Demigoddess. SLAY. 5.6% ABV

Head of the Glass Session IPA Attention Students: Please report to the auditorium for a very special assembly of Amarillo, Mosaic, and Chinook hops. No hall pass necessary to enjoy this light, refreshing IPA. Clap the erasers and sound the recess bell. School is in sessionable with this outstanding brew. This beer truly belongs at The Head of the Glass. It’s an A+. ABV 4.7%

Hungry for Hops West Coast IPA My Man…Those feelings of satisfaction you’re getting are no Zigerion simulation. The brew team really sold this pitch with a perfect blend of tropical aromas, clean bitterness and pine. Cascade, Citra, and Simcoe hops are all getting their due in this light-bodied, golden-hued West Coast IPA. Are YOU Hungry For Hops? Totes malotes, dog. Totes malotes. 6.7% ABV

Whew. You sure gotta take a lotta time to make a pilsner. Well, I wonder who that light little lager is… I’m Just a PIls. I’m a crisp, tasty pils, and my Noble Hops are trendy but chill. Well it’s a long, long journey While my flavor’s getting ready. It’s a long, long wait From fermenter till I’m heady But I’m going in your glass today. Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic my hop bill tell you straight: Hope you’re thrilled with our PIls! 5.3% ABV

Johnny Appleseed had the right idea. That dude knew how to sow joy. And we’re pleased as pie to do the same with our humbly delicious Apple Ale. We added (almost) an orchard of crisp apple juice to the mash and lightly dry hopped with Calypso for a little extra kiss of apple in the bittering. Sit under a tree, air out your tootsies and take a bite out of this very special brew. And if you’re feeling like Johnny, don’t forget that good beer is best shared. Lightly Dry-Hopped Apple Ale 6.7% ABV

Okay, look. I'm not going to tell you how to pronounce it. Every which way is right. This celebration of fruited saisons is just plum delicious. (Yeah, you see what I did there. And I'd do it again, too. No regrets!!) PLUMpass is a little pink, a little sweet, a little tart...and A LOT sexy. Just like YOU, dear friend. Just. Like. Yo 6.7% ABV

Puffy Parka is indebted to the Tmavé Pivo, a sessionable dark lager that offers all the comfort of a warm sweet bun and a cup of coffee. Layers of German malt are balanced by the delicate spice of Czech Saaz hops, all wrapped up in a neat little package. Warm your bones by the fire tonight. 4.7% ABV
