Dished! is your local healthy meal connection located in Kettering, Ohio. We offer a weekly rotating menu featuring health-focused, individually portioned, ready to eat meals and snacks, as well as meal kits with very little assembly required! Our service is unique - we have a new menu available for advance order every Friday-Tuesday. Orders are ready for pickup and delivery the Sunday/Monday after the menu closes. We also stock our Grab and Go Fridge with ready-to-eat meals that do not require pre-ordering (while supplies last each week).
