We start by sauteing shrimp, scallops, crab meat and spices in Olive Oil, and Italian dressing. Then to the skillet we add fresh romaine lettuce, and serve this salad warm with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.

Shrimp are sauteed in olive oil with artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes, black olives, and diced tomatoes. This is served atop ziti pasta, and sprinkled with feta cheese.

We start by sauteing zucchini, summer squash, and diced tomatoes. When tender, we add marinara sauce and serve it atop ziti noodles. We then add a blackened chicken breast on top, and sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese.

Mushrooms, onion, red & green pepper strips are sauteed in butter. Once softened, we add garlic, lemon pepper, basil, pepper, and cream. When reduced, we place on linguine, add a blackened chicken breast, and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
