Detroit Boat Club Crew Training Facility

Our venue has recently undergone a name change from the "Detroit Boat Club" to the "Belle Isle Boat House." This new name distinguishes the building from the social club (also called the Detroit Boat Club) that used to operate out of the space until 1996. The 116-year-old Belle Isle Boat House, like the city of Detroit, is evolving into a distinctive raw event space where history isn’t just preserved—it’s created.
