Denny's

The waitress was super sweet and kind. She was also attentive to our table. We learned she and the other waitress were fairly new and short one server for the night. We ordered an appetizer, 2 adult meals, and a kids meal. The nachos did not come as we asked (pico on the side). They remade them and served them again without sour cream, barely any meat, and no shredded cheddar cheese. So they had a bunch of chips, little queso cheese sauce, and a little bit of seasoned meat, that was it, but with pico on the side. The strawberry stuffed French toast did not have very much stuffing and did not have very much strawberry topping or strawberry pieces on top, but the rest of that meal was good. The country fried steak dinner was smothered in Gravy that was a bit watery and missing the toast/bread that is supposed to come with it. Otherwise, this meal was good. The kids Mac n cheese was requested to come with 2 sausage links and then 2 extra sausage links, but they initially forgot the extra sausage links. The Mac n cheese was very dry. The service was fairly good as the waitress was good to us. However, the cooks seemed a bit unhappy or something. It was not super busy but did pick up a bit during our meal. We typically choose the Denny's on N. Division as it is way closer to us, but they were only offering takeout for this evening, so we drove to Argonne's location, and this was not the best experience. I'm a bit disappointed and will probably just stick to the N. Division location or a different restaurant altogether. Sadly, we didn't take any pics of the food but next time I will be. Thank you.

l had chicken fried steak to go. It tasted like a TV dinner. The gal I spoke to when placing the order was rude when I asked when I should pickup. "I don't know, it depends on when the cooks get to your order" when I did get there the two waitresses at the desk did not acknowledge me but continued talking with each other. I finally interrupted them and said I need to pick up an order. The only words spoken to me was the total of my order. I wish I would of walked out right then.

Love the crepes.

Service is on the slower side, but their pancakes never miss.

We went here for my father in laws birthday and everything was fantastic. Service, food, cleanliness of the establishment, all great!

Can't rate the food . Place wasn't busy we were seated waited over half hour for coffee . Never got it .so we left.
