First and foremost we are a full service butcher shop that cuts, grinds and stocks our case daily with a wide selection of house made sausages, bacon, fine cured meats, grass and grain finished beef as well as local pork, lamb, turkey and chicken. OPEN Tues, Wed, 11 to 4pm Thursday - Saturday 11am to 6pm, Sunday 11am - 5pm, Closed Mondays LUNCH Tuesday through Sunday 11:30am - 4pm
