As the owner and founder of Della Casa Pasta our main goal is to create accessible and authentic Italian fresh pasta dishes. What started out as a way to provide for my family with wholesome food quickly became a passion for creation. I started making fresh pasta at home and my family was crazy about it, so I thought to myself, why can't everyone enjoy true fresh pasta? I began sharing my pastas with friends and before I knew it my pasta developed a following. This is what led to us starting our first commercial kitchen and late serving locals across the Houston area.
