The food is great but the floors feel sticky like walking on tape Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking right out front with plenty of room

This was a mobile app purchase. Every item ordered was specialty, but NONE of them were correct. With the added cost for every single change one would think you'd get what you paid for. Nope. 10 chips in the nachos when extra chips were ordered. It was a huge disappointment. That's fast food these days

Oily!! Oily!! It was so bad that our bag of food was full of oil from the taco. Needless to say. We took one bite and had to throw it away. Fries not cook .

Food was cold obviously prepared ahead of time! Tables floor had food on them ,had to clean our table to sit and eat. Staff just standing around talking. I really use to enjoy the hamburger and fries and paying almost 30 dollars for a meal I would expect better from them. Not coming back taking my business elsewhere. Where I can get fresh food and a clean table .

One star ONLY for taste of the food. But it seems like this location is very run down and filthy. Today I got a burger there and it genuinely grossed me out so much when I ate it.... I discovered that the tomato was slightly rotten AND then found a piece of plastic stuck in-between the patties!! Seriously?!! I know Fast Food isn't fancy and such... but please please be clean. After all we pay for that food and you owe us at least to be clean and fresh. This is grossing me out. The restaurant itself isn't very clean inside either :'( I first tried to order at the drive thru but it was a pain and simply impossible.... The guy at the drive thru didn't understand anything we were saying - we had to repeat it 6 times and he still didn't understand. Please get new speakers so that your employees can actually hear what customers are saying. Time for a clean up and overhaul Del Taco!!!
