Appetizers Entree Salad Sandwiches and Such Kids Fare

  Sauteéd seasoned tips of tenderloin served with a house made zip sauce and grilled parmesan bread.
- Loaded Tots
  Tater tots topped with bacon, cheddar, Monterey Jack and scallions.
- Fried Cauliflower
  Cauliflower battered and served with ranch dressing. Available tossed in Buffalo sauce!
- Fried Pickles
  5 spears battered and served with ranch dressing.
Entree
- Prime Rib (English And King Cut)
  Friday and Saturday only. Choice prime rib cooked slow and low with Au jus, creamy horseradish sauce and choice of potato or vegetable.

  A generous salmon filet baked with a balsamic glaze or blackened and choice of potato or vegetable.

  Fresh Perch lightly dusted and sauteed to a golden brown in garlic, basil and butter with your choice of vegetable or potato.

  Slow simmered, house made Italian sauce over angel hair pasta, topped with mozzarella cheese and baked to a golden brown.
- Chicken Pot Pie
  All white meat chicken in a hearty chicken gravy with garden fresh vegetables, topped with puff pastry and baked to a golden brown.

- Chopped Chicken Cashew
  Grilled chicken slices on romaine, spinach and cabbage with cranberries, bacon, cashews, fried wontons, shaved parmesan and a sesame ginger dressing.
- Balparma
  Grilled chicken atop spring mix with dried cranberries, pecans, shaved parmesan and Deer Lake's special balsamic vinaigrette.

- Tenderloin Sandwich
  Tender 5oz tenderloin topped with sauteed mushrooms and Swiss cheese. Served on a grilled brioche bun with a side of au jus.
- Ground Stroke
  One half pound of Deer Lake's specially seasoned ground beef on a soft top Brioche bun.
