Deep Roots Market

Even though it is a bit small, Deep Roots hot food bar is the best I know of in Greensboro at the moment. I used to go to Whole Foods a lot more but their hot bar and prepared foods have fallen off really bad and was just plain nasty the last few times I went. The last time we got salads at Whole Foods salad bar, there was sand/grit in the lettuce. Deep Roots on the other hand is always fresh and tasty. We also really like the local produce selection at Deep Roots. Definitely highly recommend Deep Roots over pretty much all the other grocery stores in town.

This is where everyone should be shopping to secure our local food supply and to put people and planet over profits. Everywhere else is making the rich richer. Great hot bar, local fresh in season produce, superb wellness selection, bulk foods herbs and spices, great vibe, what more do you want?
