Amazing place for South Indian food at Vancouver. The best part is that they are open from 7 am. So you can have breakfast !! Staff is super good, service is prompt and portions are pretty good. Pretty less oil in dosas, and great taste. Loved it !!

Ordered chhole puri and they gave me packed chapatis after warming up and putting some oil (they think customers are fool)

Ordered 2 plate chhole puri. My first worst experience of food in Vancouver. The quantity was so less and puri was not even puri it was ready made packed chapatis warmed up with oil. Bad quality and food

Pretty good portion on the dosas if you get their Dosa of the day. I like the lamb on Tuesdays. Pretty fast at in-between times (non-dinner time) when they are quite empty. The dosa is probably gluten-friendly but you might want to ask if other ingredients inside it are gluten-friendly too.

I hate to give a *** review but I have to share a genuine take. Sunday special - Chickpea Dosa (I ordered rava variety at extra cost) had excellent crepe (dosa part), but the masala filling was totally bland. Uttapam was good. Unfortunately Sambar, Tomato chutney, and Dosa filling were devoid of South Asian taste (and masala). Sambar quantity was the smaller I have ever received anywhere! Typically, when you go to any Indian restaurant, you expect the spice level to be medium if you are not asked about spice level preference. In this case, the server did not ask for the spice level, and what we got was very mild (little spice) food. When I requested sambar with "normal" spice level, what I got was sambar with thai chilli (just chilli added). Overall, I was not too disappointed, but my wife was - just did not get South Indian taste. Service was fine.

My first time trying dosa, it was good, but I do feel that the paneer pakora was pricy for the portion size. But the dosa was very filling.

Food is great here! Ripu and Chef Dharma are the best!
