1st time there and will return

I stopped by after work with a couple of people and had dinner and drinks before a meeting. The pizza was right up with some of the best I personally had. The beer really made the experience that much better. The staff was very friendly and polite and I was very impressed with the cost. I would highly recommend this establishment to friends and family. The atmosphere was fairly poping,but a serious step up in service should seriously be implicated as I waited almost thirty mins to be provided with menu & drink,although the size of the large was great, I would have assumed the flavor of pizza pie would have more explostive,an booming...

Pizza dry as hell. Service sucks cuck. Paid for pizza I didnt even get. DO NOT GET DA VINCI PIZZA

Took 30 minutes to get my order, lied to me and said it would be good. Didn’t ask for a refill. Had to go get them to tell my order.

Yeah, the pizza is tasty but don't go on an event night. My wife, my 2 kids and I had tickets to a hockey game next door at the arena that night, which influenced our decision to have dinner there beforehand. We arrived at the restaurant at 4:40pm. Found a table fairly quickly. However, we weren't greeted until i went up to the registers to ask if we had to order there or if there would be a server. I was told that someone would be right to us. 5 minutes later our server arrives with our menus. Being as we were heading to a game that would start at 6:05pm and were wanting to be able to eat and get to it without rushing, we had looked online and we knew what we wanted already so we ordered our 2 pizzas and a salad along with our drinks. At 4:55pm we made our order. Drinks and salad were there in about 10 minutes. We didn't receive our 2 pizzas till 545pm. After i asked about them. I should've canceled the order. We didn't even have time to eat them. We had to get to the game, get through security and get to our seats. Had to ask for boxes and I unfortunately had to run 2 hot pizzas to the car. We didn't even get to take a bite. And to make it worse, not even a single apology. No discount on the bill, nothing. Despite us being a bit upset and frustrated. We even had to ask for our bill! We thought being at the restaurant an hour and a half before a game would've given us enough time to eat with no rush or anything. It was a medium cheese pizza and a large half and half pizza. Not a big order at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT IF IT'S BEFORE AN EVENT. Unless you're there 2 hours early. You won't get your food in time. Won't ever be going back there.

IMO, the best crust and overall pizza in the Spokane area
